I am originally from Algeria the country of fancy and delicous sweets. I am a mom of two kids. I work full time in finance and bake as well.

I have been baking ever since I was a young child, with my grandmother being the one who inspired and taught me the art of baking. She would always ask me to help her in the kitchen and showed me the joy that comes from creating delicious treats from scratch. Her passion for baking rubbed off on me, and I quickly fell in love with the process of mixing ingredients, experimenting with flavors, and watching something beautiful come out of the oven.

A year ago, I decided to turn my passion for baking into a business and opened up my own bakery. One of my signature creations is a cookie called Almond Heaven, which has been a huge hit with customers. With a crunchy almond base, a hint of vanilla, and a fine layer of white chocolate, this cookie not only looks beautiful but also tastes heavenly. The demand for Almond Heaven has been overwhelming, and I am thrilled to see how much people enjoy my creation.
